After I read Akiyama-kun, I was immediately reminded of the first story of Akanai Tobira. They both feature cute innocent uke characters who are unbelievably huge pervs on the inside. The first sex scenes of both manga have that shock impact and may or may not leave you cringing in embarrassment. 

similar to 3rd and 4th story in Akanai Tobira: unpopular and rather unattractive protagonist falls in love with the most popular guy at his high school/university. also, the seme is kind of a sadist... 

These two manga are from the same author and they give sort of the same feeling, unusual characters, different from the regular yaoi and really funny situations..If you are looking for a yaoi a little bit out of the stereotype both of them are like that.
