This feels like a weird knock-off of Skip Beat. I'm not sure if it was the short amount of chapters or inexperience, but this... was odd.
Initially, I really liked the premise. I do have a bit of a soft spot for romance revenge stories and was interested. The pacing of this is super fast which, as I mentioned, could be limitations on chapters instead of inexperience. Regardless, it feels like everything happens in two seconds and the "character development" feels disingenuous.
It's a decent read if you're trying to kill time - but I don't expect anyone to remember much of it once they're finished. Except
