The relationship between The main characters os pretty similar, though in Last Game The girl is quieter and more demure. 

Both are comedy manga about a popular but arrogant/unlikeable student council president taking interest in someone and pestering them. Only difference is how much of a focus on romance there is (Kaichou-kun no Shibome only really has a romance in the last ~10 chapters and it's not very conclusive) and that Sonna Me de Mitekure is BL 

Although the genre is different (Dame: Josei, Kaichou: Shojo), Both couple is so hilarious. They dont hold back at abusing each other patner, be it language or action. Seeing from reader point of view, their interaction makes me laugh so hard. Recommended for those who like RomCom story
