In both mangas, there is a couple with a master-dog relationship. Both of the heroines are usually ignored by their boyfriends, much to the heroine's chagrin. Also, with the entrance of another guy, things start to crumble between their relationship, but things end up normal in the end. The love interest is also somewhat of a sadist, and teases their girlfriend too much.  

The main character (Naoki Irie) is quite cold with our main character (Kotoko Aihara). Nice love story with comedy and drama. The both main character guys have the same style when is love to the girls.  

Well, it's the 4th story that's pretty similar to this manga. In both, the girl's boyfriend is cold towards her and seems to not care for her at all. Although in Itoshi No Goshujinsama, the guy's a bit of a jerk, it's still cute, 

the main chara girl is similar to this since they both love their boyfriends so much 

A cute one-shot manga with another seemingly uncaring boyfriend and another girl who wants a very romantic relationship and pines after her boyfriend.
