In both mangas, a girl goes on vacation to a ski mountain. On that trip, the girl falls in love with someone that's that good at sports (In Setsuna Yuki, it's a really good snowboarder, and in Sekai was Happy de Dekiteru it's a ski instructor). There seems to be something happening between both females and both males in the series. However, something pulls them apart, but they get back together when the shocking truth is revealed. In Setsuna Yuki, it's the fact that the male is going to Canada, and in Sekai wa Happy de Dekiteru, it's the fact he's a teacher at her school. read more 

If you are looking for a more realistic sensei shoujo romance try Sekai wa Happy de Dekiteiru and Daisuki Datta yo, Sensei - in both of these they do not meet in school and don't know about their teacher student status when they fall in love. Both are sweet and good romance stories that are enjoyable and both are by established mangaka's with nice art.  

Another student-teacher relationship, although the context is entirely different. Faster than a kiss' main lead is "married" to the teacher who is also her (and her brother's) caretaker. Usami Maki's lead female character on the other hand, is an rich kid who unknowingly fell for a teacher during her skii trip. 

In both stories a girl meets a man while on vacation and falls for him only to find out later that he's a teacher at her school.
