Same author, same drawing style, same kind of story: people with powers. If you're enjoying Fairy Tail, you'll enjoy Monster Soul for sure. They both look like they're the same series. 

Both involve a conflict between humans and monsters (or demons, in the case of Sandland), and are quite comedic in tone. A good share of action, and a idealistic ending.  

Both are from the same mangaka. While one is about a group of monster hunters who join together in search of a legendary monster and the other about a group of monsters who fight together to protect their village from anything that threatens it they have a similar theme of comrades fighting together and protecting each other.
