Both the male characters are narcissistic but the male character in this manga doesn't hide the fact that he is a narcissist. Both the female characters are beautiful but the female character in this one has weird perception of beauty (since she is from a different planet! LOL).

These titles are really similar. The characters from both manga have dual personalities & somehow they have to hide it to prevent humiliation.

Both female main characters have similar personalities, while they are pretty normal at school, Mitsuru is a Masochits trying to hide her problem and Nana discover she likes to releaf her frustrations taking partd in a SM relationship with her childhood friend.

Both manga are about a boy and a girl with "unique" personalities, and in order to be accepted by their peers they try to overcome their flaws or hide them completely. Ultimately, it evolves into finding a person who can except all aspects of one's character, regardless of minor defects.

they are similar because they both have a "scary" girl for a main character
