Ultra Heaven and Ryuuguuden are similar in that they are taking you on a surrealistic and often absurd journey. Ryuuguuden is both in imagery and telling style very non-realistic, and Ultra Heaven quite the opposite, but you really should check out the other if you like one of them. 

When life takes extremely unexpected turns, and takes you on surrealistic adventures where nothing really is what it seems, you got the premise for both of these two awesome mangas.  

The art is similar, and so far the same feel but I havn't read enough of yume to know. It's the kind of feeling when you are eating too much candy, but you don't stop: good and bad. And both refer to japanese legends. 

Very abstract and odd comedies that can be rather dark and insightful at times.
