First of all, this manga IS yaoi. It is not borderline yaoi, it is not sentimental/meaningful yaoi, and it most certainly is not a manga that you will cherish in your memory. Still, if it is is pure yaoi that you're looking for, you can't go wrong with this one because, sometimes, cliches work, and Kishidou Club is an excellent example of that.
The story (6) offers only a touch of believable sentimentality and affection between the protagonists, enough to make the whole thing somewhat plausible. It's absolutely normal in a yaoi manga for most male characters to be sadistic pricks who think rape and

slave-owning is a matter of course, but the fact that most of the story is set around a club of rich perverts makes this more plausible.
The art (8) is good, but it did not offer anything new or breathtaking.
The characters (5) are fine, which is in itself a great accomplishment. The protagonists proved to be within the borders of reason (yaoi reason).
Overall (7), I gave this manga the highest rating a pure yaoi manga can get in my book, because I enjoyed it, and because I did not feel the need to skip through the boring conversation parts.
