Kanata Kara has a heterosexual relationship, but I found it gave a similar feel to Koori no Mamono no Mogatari. Both contain a pure, likable protagonist (who has a very close and interesting relationship with their counterpart) and the love interest who is not human and is extremely strong. Both manga's follow the journey of their respective protagonist couples as they journey through their world and build their own relationship. Also, each manga contains interesting side characters and a plot that does not leave you unsatisfied.  

Love between a human and a daemon, seals, mysterious jewels with power, monks and demonic creatures, traveling. Inuyasha has way more chapters compared to Koori no Mamono. One is a shounen with a lot of romance, the other is a very soft shounen ai/adventure manga. 

The characters in both works start out as an unlikely pair—a powerful being and a (not quite) normal human. They are slightly older, very light BL fantasy adventure stories with many enjoyable side characters. 

Both are about a demon and a special human boy travelling around in a "dark ages"-like time with demons, princes, sorcerers and stuff. While Koori no Monogatari is "only" Shonen Ai, Crimson Spell is definitely Yaoi. I kind of needed my time to accepted it and to love them. But only compared to Blood & Ishuca from Koori, which whom I fell in love straight away. I personally love Koori a lot more, but I can't deny a lot of similarities! Even in the looks: The (seme) demon/sorcerer has silver long hair (though Blood is always cutting it), the (uke) human boy short black hair. One more thing, the uke in Crimson Spell is a lot more seme-ish. He fights really well and can be very dangerous. read more 

Kid who is different from other humans. Strongest demon guy travels with kid and protects him. All around they are very similar and both very good. 

Although KTNWHNK is not fantasy like KNMNM, they both have that heartwarming male friendship that you want to go farther but are so attached to their cuteness you don't. Both males are so similar. Both "tame" the main male and are protected by them. 

Well, I just felt the need to compare these two, because even though they are not really similar, they give off the same feeling :) Besides, I really fell in love with both of these series :D. Read them! I am sure you will feel the same way 

Story are really similar, Both series have a Devil who is sealed in a cave because he was done crimes. But a young kind man appear and rescue him. Both are really great ! Dokunoaji is a yaoi Oneshot Koori is a shonen-ai long serie. If you like one, you would like the other !
