Recommendations

Tsuki to Yabanjin and Ouji to Kotori both explore the basic premise of a foreigner getting lost/trapped in an Arabian desert, where upon they are taken under the protection of a Arabian prince. The characters are also alike, with the ukes in both stories being physically weak, and of a kind and resilient nature (i.e. very cute), and the semes being dominant, intelligent and noble (i.e. very sexy). In regard to story lines, the mangas differ quite distinctly, but both present plots that are interesting and well-thought out. Personally, I prefer Ouji because the plot involved some dark concepts, which I love (in comparison, Tsuki  read more

Both have the master-slave aspect in which the seme forces the uke to have sex with him. Both eventually become consensual love.

Both mangas include a pairing between men of different ethnicity. In OtK, though, it starts out as a slavery bond in which the seme owns the uke, while in IIR it is always a mutual love relationship.
