The art styles and focus on romance are very similar. The world and plot aren't super fleshed out, these are feel-good shoujo. The relationship between the characters is similar, though the characters themselves are different. The heroine finds the one person that will accept her despite her being different. He romances her for some time before she gives in.  

The character designs are similar. These are both kind of younger man/older woman short shoujo romances. A blonde and cheerful prince decides on and romances a partner that is not suitable for him. A mature, black haired theif or witch. 

Both involve love stories about misunderstood witches who get involved with royalty and try to change the views of their kind through good deeds. 

It's the story of a prince who's in love with a girl rejected by society. There's a strange emphasis on hair color. Reimei no Arcana has more supernatural elements and there are 2 love interests~ 

A sweet and innocent love story with kind characters in which one of them is a prince and the other a nice girl with different haircolor and special ability to cure with plants. 

Both give you a similar feeling, with fantasy, witches, hardworking girl as leading lady and a knight/prince.  

If you enjoy shoujo romance that feature a normal human hero and a strong witch with a cute artwork, then you'll like these manga. However, Sekai de ichiban warui majo develops the characters more and has a little bit more of comedy.  

This manga has a similar plot, especially with the relationship of the king and his older brother who was raised as king but did not recieve the throne. Both have female characters that have trouble fitting in as well.  

Both are about a witch who must heal a prince. In both versions the Witches are hated by the people, but the prince ends up falling in love with her. Both are cute and have beautiful art.
