Both mangas involve ukes that dislike being touched. However, in T-kS it's due to a previous sexual pain. In TwT,Sw the uke has hypochrondia (if you like the sex idea, though, in the manga the uke gets briefly molested by not the seme).

Both ukes have a troubling past that involves rape/sexual abuse (not by the semes). Both ukes have developed phobias from this trauma, and the semes work to cure them.

Because they were sexually abused in the past, both ukes suffer disorders in which they hate being touched. Nevertheless, semes are persistent, and eventually win the ukes over.

Both mangas involve ukes that were sexually abused. Both semes are protective over them. However, they have drastically different atmospheres, BroxBro being significantly darker.

Characters have horrible pasts which continue to affect them. In CUT, both the uke and seme have such issues, while in T-kS it's only the uke.

Ukes have traumatic pasts which continue to effect them. Uke in T-kS despises physical contact, and uke in IgsG has multiple personality disorder.

During their childhood, ukes were raped by supposedly trustworthy males. Uke in T-kS doesn't like to be touched, and uke in KnA has vivid nightmares.

Both manga are shounen-ai, in which one of the guys is the most popular guy at school, but fallen in love with a shy, inconspicuous guy, who seems to hate him at the beginning.
