Two reasonably complex portrayals of high school girls who pursue a not-entirely-unrequited relationship with a young teacher. Both are solid shoujo romances with a bit of comic relief. 

Teacher x Student Relationship Sensei! however has better character development, and has drama, which can make for a roller coaster. It's great! 

Ichigo no Gakkou represents the path not taken in Sensei!. Sensei! is about what happens when a student and teacher, who really do love each other, try to keep their relationship secret until the student graduates. Ichigo no Gakkou is about what happens if that relationship gets exposed. Both are thoughtful series that approach the student-teacher relationship in a non-judgmental way, but are also fully conscious of the hardships inherent in such a relationship. 

High School Girls who get into relationships with their teachers, and struggle to keep it secret. Both manga cover roughly the same period, from second year until graduation.

Both stories are about students who fall in love with their Sensei. In Kiss, she falls in love with her piano teacher, while in Sensei!, she falls in love with her homeroom teacher. Both are very sweet and innocent.
