Both manga are from Shotaro Ishinomori. Both titles are action-packed manga with a similar art style. Both manga has the main protagonist being kidnapped and are turned into cyborg from a mysterious evil organization. Both protagonist choose to fight for good and must use their superhuman abilities to fight against evil. If you liked one, you'd like the other.
