Not sure how this hidden gem has went under the radar for so long when it's one of the better Isekais out there. The synopsis does not do a great job, so I'll go over the story quickly (minimal spoilers).
The protagonist makes a shady deal with a mysterious company for money to help his family. He completes missions for this company by possessing a different body and character in another world. For example, the first mission has him possess a soldier during a seige. In return for completing a mission successfully, the protagonist will get loads of money. In essence, the company is an Isekai
...
machine, with each mission occupying a different character and world.
Unlike most trash Isekais, the protagonist is anything but a cliche OP Gary Sue. Rather than just a powerful strength based ability, what makes the protagonist special is his quick witted thinking and silver tongue. He's able to overcome challenges by analyzing the character and heart of other people, and figuring out how to make a connection and negotiate. And it's important to note, that the characters in each world feels quite realistic. The protagonist does not solve situations in a BS manner.
Each mission progressively becomes more difficult and longer. Each new world is varied and creative, and it never feels like I'm reading the same thing again.
My one and only complain is that the arcs between missions that focus on the real life of the protagonist and his family, can be a little subpar.
