Manga: Risou no Oujisama no Tsukurikata
There are lot similarities between those two such as, Kousei is idol, and Finn is prince and Kako takes care about Kousei's look and behavior and never leave his side just like Sarah with Finn. Both girls know about true self of boys, and they are with them since childhood. Both manga have great and nice moments and simillar art style! So... If you liked Mishounen Produce then you might like Risou no Ouji no Tsukurikata.

Manga: Kuragehime
Both characters (Kuranosuke in Kuragehime and Kako in Mishounen Produce) change their friends' appearances in order for them to look outwardly better. Both are comedic and worth a read, however, Mishounen Produce is drawn in a more shoujo-like style while Kuragehime is more josei.
