Very similar. I actually thought Docchini Suru was the same story as Boku wa Onicchan (I Am Big Brother) until the second chapter. Both have a ordinary guy who's friends with two popular-hot guys. Both friends (or brothers in Boku wa Oniichan's case) love and lust after the MC in a very over-the-top complex way. Both flirt ridiculously with the MC daily to the point where the MC thinks it's normal behaviour. Both stories conclude with the two popular guys confessing the MC and him having to choose. The comedy, romance and general scenes are very similar. Trust me, if you liked one then you will liked the other...except I felt that Docchi ni Suru didn't have a good ending and had less drama apposed to Boku wa Oniichan. In my opinion, Boku wa Onicchan (I Am Big Brother) is the best of the two. read more 

Both are about twins who 'love' their younger brother. In Sukitte Iwasete's case it's about neighbours who act like older brothers, where with Boku wa Oniichan they are brothers. Both also are about the younger brother choosing between the two twins. The comedy, drama and characters are very similar. If you like brother romance, you will like either of these. Both very heart warming and funny ^^ 

I instantly thought of 'Papa★I Love You' after reading 'I'm The Big Brother'. Both are light hearted rom/coms that made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion. The art is detailed yet very 'shoujo' and could almost be called fluffy romantic settings and scenes. Light dramas which both tugged at my heart and made me weep for the characters and their problems only to be overcome with a satisfying ending. The main similarity is the 'incest' romance between the families though.
