Sorry for the rant and a lack of a cohesive structure. First review and I kinda just wanted to quickly write this out cuz I really enjoyed the series. My recommendation is try it out regardless of what you think of the synopsis/my review cuz its really good and I really enjoyed it. Anyways, moving on:
This is a premise that has been thousands of times before(or well not exactly but you know what I mean) but it is honestly written unbelievably well. For sure, there are plenty of things that don't feel realistic(actually the whole thing isn't realistic) but the way the characters are written

as well their interactions feel so fluffy and lively that I can't help loving it. Also some other decisions the author made, such as the way he handled the other girl liking the MC, were handled really well in a way that didn't feel like absolute shit so that's another thing I liked a lot.
Also if ur concern about reading this is that it moves too slowly or that the characters pretending they don't like each other will piss u off, I'd say don't be too worried about it. Despite definitely feeling a lot of frustration during some interactions due to misunderstandings, tsundere-shit, etc. , I generally left feeling satisfied and happy from most of their interactions. Speaking of which, I think the final chapter of both volumes 1 and 2 were the most satisfied I've ever been after getting to the end of the volume. The development of both characters from the start to the end of each volume is substantial enough where it doesn't feel too slow paced, and at least for me, I ended up with a sense of fulfillment, which is something I generally don't get finishing a volume.
