Honestly, this is one of the best BL/Yaoi manga that i've ever read, which I personally think is saying a lot!
I think if you're looking for a manga that analyzes the tough complexities of parental death, adoption, and guilt over said parent death, this is NOT the manhua for you. The charm of this series comes from it's simplicity.
However, what it does extremely well is honestly character building. The two leads are both very likable, and some comedy moments hit very well and got a chuckle out of me. There was definitely a lot more potential, but the 30 chapters was very short

and sweet, and Dayul's back and forth on his feelings was very charming. There are some moments through the series that are so well executed in their boyish high school charm that you really start to romanticize high school.
Honestly what sells this series is the amazing artwork. It's semi realistic in the proportions, and I like how they're drawn very handsome while obviously being children-- and how they're not drawn with "Seme" and "Uke" proportions. The colors are so warm and inviting, and it feels like they're in a nice sunny spring day with a cool breeze and loose clothes. It's honestly such a beautiful style, and although not extremely rendered with only basic block shadows and lighting, it does the job so well.
This is definitely a cute short read, and all the moments are very cute and silly, however do be warned that the later 5 or so chapters go by really fast, but these boys are very charming, the art is honestly some of the best i've seen, and it's not a very long read!
