Both are really cute and relatively short stories involving two people who grow close by taking care of a pet together (although in Nineeten Twenty One is more like they take care of several ones). Both are very nice stories with innocent and nice characters. 

same author, both deal with serious topics and first love - eden no hana is much darker though, while 100% no kimi e has a lighthearted feel to it despite the seriousness of the topics touched in the story 

Both have a girl falling in love with a guy who already has a girlfriend. Both show how they deal with it when trying to make the guy fall in love with them (Strobe Edge involves other characters a lot more than 100% no Kimi e).
