Found this hidden gem at my local bookstore, at first i was sceptical. 1st chapter totally hooked me in, Nishino is your go-to "that one asshole guy" he's so talented at football (soccer) in his club but always undermining how such activities are dumb. references like captain tsubasa and the Chunibyo senpai are gold!.

It is not by any mean perfect, because the story kinda stuck in a rut if it's a longer series but thankfully it was a short series and still can capture what is club activities in real life feels like. if you like sket dance, nichijou or konosuba, this is a must ...
