Not much of a review, rather a correction to the one I saw already here, which is very misleading, I am sure not purposefully, though.

There are two "versions" of this manga, an one-shot, already reviewed, which is very tame, and normal... and the whole volume, to which the entry refers. It starts like the one-shot, but quickly descends into a very dark tale of drugs, abuse, orgies, etc. So be warned if you don't have the stomach for a very depressing tale stick to the one-shot.

Now if you are in for the ride, this is one of the best told tales, and narrated very well, ...
