▹Summary and recommendation: -----------------------------------------------------------------
[Baby pharmacist princess] is an Otome Isekai power fantasy about a Korean pharmacist who is pulled into a videogame world. She is turned into a 4 year old child with the mind and knowledge of an adult, and uses it along with her "cuteness" to reform the field of medicine in the country she ended up in.

Not recommended. The story is very predictable, so it could be a comforting read, but there are too many inaccuracies and leaps in logic to be enjoyable.

The introduction is painfully generic. Starting out ... with the protagonist suffering abuse, but ultimately being rescued by a prince/duke/emperor/person of authority. Many other Otome Isekai has done this type of introduction before, and this one does not stand out as particularly good.

As the title of the manhwa implies. This is a medicine themed story. The protagonist uses her medical knowledge from our world to better the world she was isekaied into.

You already have to suspend disbelief quite a bit with the protagonist being 4 years old, and people entertaining her like she was in her early teens.
But it does not end there. The story is also a host to misinformation and inaccuracies. For some odd reason, the first remedy to be showcased is a untested Korean folk remedy with no basis in science. Next the protagonist (and I must assume the auhor) makes wild claims about poppy seeds and their "dangers". Wanting to replace it with what is basically snake oil. It is unclear if the author has much knowledge or done much research on the topic they are writing about, or if they are just trying to push "Alternative medicine".

▹Setting: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The manwha claims to be set in a Middle ages fantasy, yet the culture, architecture, professions, and mannerisms implies early modern era / victorian era. The medical knowledge of the country is very inaccurate to the time period.
This is a power fantasy though, so the accuracy of the setting and story is arguably not that important. Ultimately everything goes the way of the main character, as power fantasies do (and perhaps should).

The characters, protagonist included are quite generic. Leaning quite heavily into the common tropes for characters in this genre.

▹Romance: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As of where I am in the story the romantic interest has just been introduced, and has a very standard character design for otome isekai. It is implied that some of the age difference problems that a lot of Otome Isekai suffer from may not be an issue in this romance (which is a good thing).

The art is fine and services the story well. Nothing stands out as very bad, and the outfits and character designs are quite pretty.
