The story stands on its own so it doesn’t really matter.

You’d wanna watch up until the beginning of Zou at least if you wanna know who all of the characters are though.

You can watch the two Uta specials (1029-1030) but they don’t add much.

It has some huge spoilers from manga as well.

I would wait until Episode 1071-1072, which will be released around August.

Since you are at Fishman island arc, then yeah you still have quite some episodes to go still so those amazing episodes will be out.

The flashback with Luffy and Uta as kids is also canon, as well as some minor information that is revealed about Shanks.

Idk I honestly feel like film red spoils something kinda big that anime only viewers still haven't seen if you haven't been spoiled. I would probably suggest waiting till end of wano since the reveal will be a lot better in wano then the movie.

if you watch it after dressrosa you won't know a lot of the characters and you'll get some spoilers. I watched it after the whole cake Island ark and it was still one spoiler in it that I hadn't seen but I already knew about
