there's
kinoppy http://k-kinoppy.jp/
booklive https://booklive.jp/ (i usually use it to check the first few pages or so)
You can buy lossless digital music from your favorite Japanese artists on https://ototoy.jp/.
The songs are all DRM-free and you can re-download your purchased albums as you wish.
Show your support to your favorite artist if you can!
ps. if you are looking for Japanese albums, you have to search it in Japanese (not romaji). Just copy and paste the name.

Mangabird has a source with raws. There is also Mangafox and stuff on it.
Comico is my favourite.

does that sound strange?

Technically, bookwalker fits your needs. (just be sure & choose the Japanese site, not the global store in the app) They're a legitimate ebook store, so they have a huge selection. Most all of the titles have previews, so you can read before you buy (up to a point). Every so often they'll even have select titles (normally the first volume of a series) for free for a limited time.

I love bookwalker, so hope this helps!

There is Manga Zero, for Android. I am not sure if it is for Apple and/or Windows.
