I was just wondering if such a city actually exists; a city that never sees a dull moment; a city that people like Mikado come to for an adventurous and interesting life. Anyone who has the knowledge of a place like this, feel free to share your thoughts. |

Given they aren't as existing as the fictionalized ones (nor as harmless irl) but they're there. I wish to live in one of these cities one day :') Have you ever been to or lived in such place? |

| Never seen Durarara but I would assume your talking about action filled cities. Any major city in South American countries, particularly Venezuela has a very high crime rate. |
