You could say it's a weird fetish I have. I'm not a foot fetish, I just like colourful/striped/whatever knee socks, okay!? Plain/one coloured ones are boring.

I don't care if it's hentai/ecchi or neither of them, although I would like recommendations from all kinds... (Hentai, ecchi, AND neither...)

It'd be nice if it's not just something that someone has during 2 seconds of one episode or something. The only anime I've seen with this element in it was Nyaruko-san, which had some striped knee-socks every once in a while.
