The couple in Three Wolves Mountain by Bohra Naono is reversing towards the end of the story. The former seme now uke Susugi Kaya is at first very reluctant to be topped by his so-far uke werewolf-puppy Jirou. I enjoyed the reversing a lot here as Jirou had been so puppy-like before ... so that makes the role-reversing all the better.

There's a reversi character in Love x Eros by Kanzaki Takashi. As this series has not been fully scanlated yet and the reversing is in an untranslated chapter, I put it into a spoiler tag for you. There's 4 main characters in that so I hope I don't spoil too much by putting the manga on the reversi list.

Shigekiteki na Kankei. Kaiya is a seme with previous partners, but later becomes the uke when Makise took an interest on him.

Skip Kiss art is made to look for a girly uke kind of read,
but Miyake admitted he was always an uke with others and then became seme for Hamura. Not sure if you'll take it though. :)

  • art-style is different - reminds me of comics
  • comedy with a touch (just a touch, really!) of angst mixed in
  • beware ... also shows hetero sex
  • this is the one average to explicit story in an otherwise shounen-ai/soft yaoi compilation and probably the reason why there's a 18+ on the book

The main couple (first three chapters): in the beginning Kishida tops Hino all the time, but later they switch. The artstyle is generally really good and all the other stories are interesting, too :3

Miyamoto Kano has already been mentioned but I'm not sure if this particular example was featured:

In the Rules/Hydra universe Hikaru is usually a seme but there was one time that he switched with Hitomi. He mentions this to Yuki and then the whole episode is shown in a chapter but I'm not sure if it's included in Rules proper or if it appears in a doujin.

Hikaru is also bisexual.
