The first is the easy, more lightheaded way of speaking and doing. When you talk or do something, it'll look something like this: Lambo: I want some chocolate! *Lambo jumped on Tsuna and grabbed his chocolate, then ran away* The second way is the more literary way: "I want some chocolate!"
