| Like the title said, i'm looking for anime with characters (at least the MCs) that already adult or at least mature appearence For now i'm just looking for the character design, i'm tired of childish/early teenage kinda look on most of anime (Probably because most of them are highschool anime) I'm looking for adult character appearence like: characters from Rainbow/Monster (Obviously) Nana Emma the victorian Romance It doesn't mean that High school anime are completely out, I've seen some mature design on highschool characters like in: Chihayafuru, (I just realized i like this kind of design after watching this, because this is how high school boys and girls should look like in my opinion.) Kimi ni Todoke, (i'm not quite sure about this one) Sakamichi no Apollon Sukitte Ii na yo The reason why i'm looking for it is because i can easily relate myself to this kind of anime, it's hard to relate myself to cute/early teenage design cause i'm already in my 20's some bad examples are: Okazaki Tomoya in Clannad (even after graduation, i cant find the "adult-ness" in his appearence) I'm just criticizing the looks, not the story, as it's one of the best. Characters design in Requiem of phantom is also not good enough, because based on the story they should've look like they are in their 20's I think the height of characters take a big part on making the characters look like adult (i probably wrong) I'm open for all genre except action or adventure. Mature story like Nana and Rainbow will be a huge plus, but not necessary. Hope you guys understand even with my poor english, thanks in advance. |

| Kaichou wa maid-sama - mature looking, highschool. Rec - Adults (Can't judge the plot tho only saw 1 episode) Spice and Wolf - Adults Higashi no Eden - Adults Yamato 2199 - Adults w/ action Zetsuen no Tespest - Mature looking w/ action. |

| Some gread recs, keep them coming so far i'm interested in Mushishi, which always been in my radar for quite some time now Cowboy Bebop Kaiji I dont know if i will like Ghost in the Shell, cause i watched the very first of the series, and i think it's just "so-so", and not really worth the time, i could be wrong though |

Still it is a good anime I watch action anime once in awhile, but i dont want to make it as my main genre, right now i'm planning to watch Code Geass season 2 since i already watched the first season, but after i read your post, Darker Than Black will surely the next one (on action genre). Phantom's story is good, i'm just criticizing the design. And btw, you hardly ever update your list or that's actually your real one? I haven't seen a solid 10 score yet there, if i may suggest, watch Clannad AS as soon as you finish phantom, hopefully that will be the first 10 Thanks guys, keep them coming, just finished Chihayafuru 2, now i'm searching for what to watch next |
