Can't remember name of manga, need help

Here is a very specific describe: Basically it starts off that there is a brother and sister. The sister works at a maid cosplay cafe, however she is sick and has been home for a while. Because she's been sick for so long, she threatens her brother and order him to go in her place. And so the brother dresses as a woman in a maid uniform. (Looks alike, but of course.. It is a hentai manga) before he is about to leave the house, the sister give a warning about a girl (who happen to be a lesbian and are in love with the sister) and that he should stay away from her. One thing lead to another and the brother and the lesbian (the very dumb lesbian who thought a woman could grow a penis =\.... Yeah) had sex while the lesbian thought she had sex with the sister.

Later in the manga the story continues (there are some other stories in between) where the brother has to go again and teach a newcomer how to work at the cafe etc etc.. And the lesbian, the newcomer and the brother had a threesome.

Enough I would believe, I just can't remember that stupid name....help
