this is guin saga levels of bad adpation your adationg the longest running Gekiga of all time [ the manga of this was the things that began the Geikiga movoment ]
only 50 or so episodes this shockes me while not contious this next to nurokuro is the logest years in pubication manga of all time]

and the only good ting about this show was the casting

I liked the pacing and cheesiness of the characters. It reminds me of watching cartoons as a kid, mainly batman(hence me calling it japanese batman lol) It's not flashy but it feels right to me

I suppose everyone has the right to their own opinions - but in my opinion this show was awesome. I'm here because I about to watch it for the third time. It's really cheesy but in a really nice way.
