Body, mind and spirit powers are stats. Each stat requires "stars". You start with 7 stars, 5 stars is maximum at each stat.

how stats work:
Body: how well you shape and control your aura and how much life you have (each star is equal to 200HP)
Spirit: how much aura points (AP) you have at your disposal, and how well you concentrate it. (each star is equal to 500 AP)
Mind:how powerful Elder spiritss you have, and how many elements you know. Each star gives 1 element (elements are fire,water,earth,wind,thunder) and 10 stars to Elder spirit. Please write what element you have.

Dont waste your HP and AP, as youll start next thread with the amount you had in your last thread. Meaning if you had 20HP left, next day, youll still have 20HP.
