ROBOTICS:NOTES LINKED TO STEINS;GATE ????

hey i just started watching robotics;notes and i noticed at the beginning of the first episode there is a a certain amount of numbers that are seriously similar to the steins gate world line numbers (1.048596)

i know Chaos;head was set a year before steins gate or something but my question is

is robotics;notes linked to stins gate like chaos head if you know what i mean?

It's in the same universe but later.
There is a char from Steins;Gate in Robotics;Note, I won't say who is it but yeah it's quite linked.
