Made this quite a while ago, and looked it up now, so I thought why not let others see and have them say their opinions.  If you got any drawing advice, something that could be done better or anything you want to point out then feel free to do so. PS: Haha, if I am posting this somewhere I shouldnt be posting it I'm sorry :p I dont know any better. |

| I'm going to assume this is an original drawing (fanart); not referenced. I think the guy getting hit is pretty well drawn; the movement of the character flows very well. Ed's face is well-rendered and it depicts a lot of emotion, but I think the anatomy around the shoulders is a little weak. I think I would pull his left arm back...it looks a little uncomfortable where it is. The area below Ed's arms doesn't flow with the rest of the body, making it look disjointed, which you can probably see. Great linework, you seem very confident with your lines. Keep that habit for sure. Most people skimp out on the hands but you defined them pretty well. Don't be afraid to shade, the places you did really helped to define the figure. If you really want to improve, you should practice gesture drawings and study anatomy if you already don't, because you're definitely on the right track. Great drawing. |
| Thanks alot, constructive criticism is what I wanted. I agree with you about the shoulders, they could use a little makeover, I'm not very good with anatomy. Sadly... And haha, I have forgotten some lines where Ed grabs the poor guys shirt actually. Yeye, aint easy getting all the details. Still trying though :) |
