Oh, I liked it just fine. That's the problem. I didn't love it like I did EoE and the original series. It's become a bit show-offy and bland now that Anno's rich off his ass and doesn't have any depression left for inspiration (okay, maybe that's pushing it), but I definitely enjoy the movies. I just have to go into them knowing that this is not the Evangelion that I know and that I'm in store for a completely different experience. Then I'm A-ok! :D |
