Where did Mangapirate.net come from?

This group/site came out of no where and started translating a bunch of material that i read so I'm wondering who/what they're...random curiosity question. I don't want to go to a site and then it end up forcing older group to stop scanslating since mangapirate.net somehow get it first.

and this is not a trolling thread, just a question on what kind of group they're.

I'm guessing like all other scanalators out there they're a group of people who can read and wright in Japanese and English and have a passion for manga and want to translate them :P don't know what other answer you would be looking for.

When a new scanlation group release all the popular manga just when it was created is fishy. It has to come from somewhere.
Usually scanlation groups start very poor. But that site is not a scanlation group...
