| In my opinion so had Chobits a pretty good dub. But for me, dub always sounds sooo wrong... To add, I had a hard time to watch Chevalier D'eon in Japanese simply because the setting was in France and it felt stupid that they spoke in Japanese. |

| 1- I TOTALLY DISLIKED the dubbing of Hikaru no Go (espicially Sai's voice actor didn't sound NOTHING like the original character, he just sounded like a girly Go addict in an VERY annoying NOISY way (DON'T even mention the scene where Sai first appears or when he cries I might harm someone! So disturbing SERIOUSLY! , Also, Hikaru and Akira although they were 11 years old they sounded like they're 20 or something! Dear God! >_< I demand a RE-DUB!!) 2- Fruits Basket (I don't feel like commenting here -_- just hear Ayame's English voice actor..... | I don't usually watch dubbed anime except for the stuff on adult swim, so I can't really compare to much, but I personally hate how they made Lelouch have the same voice actor (Johhny Young Bosh) as Ichigo. They're both aired around the same time and his voice doesn't change. So every time I watch the dubbed version of Code Geass I always think it's Ichigo talking. And it completely ruins the epic-ness of Code Geass. DD: |

| I come from Malaysia and of you ask me, ANYTHING dubbed here is unwatchable and is worse than any of the dubs mentioned here (with the exception of the Animax dubs). A pretty good example is the "DBZ Malaysian Dubs" that you can find on YouTube. The English is all wrong and they sound like robots (stale voice). I'm sure those videos are real as I've watched a few myself. |
| Here's a really obscured one but if you heard the dub, you'd puke: Battle Angel Allita OAV. Long ago, back in US, I didn't know anything and I figured, hey, cheaper price, thrifty investment, and I bought the dubbed tape... I nearly killed myself after that...XD |

| I, personally, dislike all dubs (or all dubs that I've seen so far). I think if I've seen the anime in Japanese before I go on to opt for dubs, it really does sound more.. I don't know - natural, in Japanese than in English. It's like a friend's voice changing suddenly, I can't get used to it. |

| All right honestly, I think more than half of you are way too over dramatic. Some of the dubs listed made my jaw drop, I mean seriously, FMA? FMA has an amazing dub, and is probably ranked one of the highest along with Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop and Beck. Some decent/bearable dubs would be those of Death Note, Cromartie High School and Code Geass. You may think I'm crazy, but I've watched the Japanese versions of these animes too. Sometimes this has to be said, not all Japanese dubs are good. Not saying they're terrible but their American counterpart might not be as bad as you think. All right but to stay on topic, here are some animes I've heard dubbed that I absolutely hate: Higurashi Kanon 2006 Shuffle Welcome to the NHK Elfen Lied Genshiken Kannazuki no Miko Full Metal Panic Rozen Maiden Now I liked all these animes, but granted, the dubs sucked. |

| naruto. god I saw the first 10 episodes in dub, then switched to subs. But a few days ago I went over to a friends (hes an avid naruto fan) and watched naruto dubbed (on dvd). And GOD I had forgotten how horrible it sounded. |

| Uh, I think it'd almost be easier to mention which ones we think are actually good/decent dubs. Frankly, I can't say any. Ha. I'm harsh that way, but so be it. There is no passion from the gut like with the Japanese voice actors. The English dubbers try too hard and it comes across - it's unnatural. |
| I've avoided dubs mostly... but I wanted to watch InuYasha... and I couldn't find all the eps in Japanese... ugh... the sentence 'InuYasha don't go there!' with it's horrible intonation still gives me the creeps when I think of it.... no need to say that I never finshed the series... (hope to find it somewhere though, cuz I never got far enough to have an opinion about it) |
| God, friggin Tokyo Mew Mew! Song sucked, voices sucked, name change sucked, edited out content sucked, lack of ending sucked, it S-U-C-K-E-D! D8 Man, I cant believe everybody hated the Fruits Basket dub. Other then the dubbed OP and Ayame's VA, I thought it was much better then the Jap version. Yuki sounded much manlier, as he should. The original was entirely too girly, same with Kyo's and Momiji's. The rest were fine in both. |

| For me, the Gundam 00 dub was UNBEARABLE. The main character, Setsuna F.Seiei, an ethnically Middle Eastern teenager had a whiteboy voice in the dubs. wtf? its like they didn't even try to find a good person to match his voice :( |

| I heard a story of someone not noticing that a girl was pining over another girl coz he watched a (fan)dub. In other countries, it was taken away, but in Japan, the voices made it clear, but dub didn't. They even changed the gender of the girl in some countries. That was Sailor Moon if I remember correctly.. |

| never watched a full series dubbed except for code geass r1 and r2 but the last episode in dubbed SUCKED all the drama seemed to be taken in way the japanese subbed was much better dubbed sucks because they add actors with unnecessary accents or bad voices  |
