This my first attempt at drawing manga style in like.. 6 years, im not joking ;) Im actually 3d-designer, so i forgot all the drawing skills i never had, and draw like a 6 yr old (granted, it could look better if i had a clue what i was drawing there on the chest and boot) For giggles heres the link to it on DA http://ere4s3r.deviantart.com/art/My-Tablet-Skills-Manga-106476087 ,p (Check out my 3d-renderings buahahah ,P) Ok, that said, i never took courses in drawing, im 3d-designer at heart and drawing on a tablet is a real pain The image title should give you a hint what i tried to "draw" (this is NOT freestyle drawing) i took a anime scene as reference.. im still along way from drawing freestyle ;( I should note, i got confused with the layers when doing the coloring, so it turned out REALLY whacked ... and i had no idea what i was drawing in large parts, while i took the anime scene as template, the chest and boots where completely blurred (wonder why ,p) so i basicly made stuff up.. |

| I have an art project due tomorrow for finals. Being the lazy person I am, I had to think of something quick. I was supposed to make a sequence using an original character so I chose to do this since it was not as complicated as other ideas (parkouring) If anyone's wondering what's going on, Daisuke (my original character) is dodging away from an explosion. Seeing this chance, he jumps off the roof of a building, plummeting in the air. He grabs his sword and jams it in (ahahahahahaha) the side of the wall, landing on the blade with his feet. |
