| I just updated the club layout. It's nothing special, just minor edits to fit the winter theme - snowflakes and Santa Claus Boss (I remember Lumikki suggested adding him for holidays so there you go). The userbars are also there. I haven't changed the fall anime with the winter anime (I don't have enough time atm), but no worries, I'll do that before the start of the next season. |

| question for you guys...500+ is a milestone and we should have some cards or something but there seems to be no takers, and it would be unfair to ask more of meta than she already does for the club. as i said on the front page, i would but you've seen my handywork and that will not suffice :P what i was thinking was "recruiting" one of the many prolific card makers on this site who fits the bill (i.e. over 20 and not a douche) to be a card maker for these occassions. of course anyone else who wants to make them is more than welcome and meta your work is awesome, but just to take the pressure off of you a bit for these things. i know that you're familiar with lots of the card makers lotus, your input would be much appreciated, of course along with the rest of you. whatcha think? |

| I have been thinking about making 500+ edition cards, but I don't really have time for that, plus I won't be home in the next 10 days. So tnx Lotus for doing this for the club. I may do something for the next time - either cards or something different/special (no idea what that could be though, it's just a vague idea). |

Since tonight I have nothing better to do, maybe I could try thinking of something. Ofc, it wouldn't be as elaborate as the current one, but I could give it a try and all of you be the judge. | Bill, I'm sure they will come out great! ;D Don't worry too much about it, I'm not strict about stuff so don't get stressed and also I trust your taste! meta, that's a nice idea. I was thinking about it for a while. I freakin' love whatever you make so it goes without saying that I love the club's design, but I enjoy the chance of a change too. So do whatever you feel like, honestly. If you come up with something and you decide to share it with us, I would be more than glad to see it. Then again don't feel stressed over it, just do what feels natural to you and goes with your mood. ;) |

| If you two say so... :) The general look is pretty much finished btw. As I said, it's not as elaborate as the current layout. Well, it couldn't be since it took me little over 2 hours to make this. But I'll post it here, so you can tell me if it's any good. For background, I used the same pic as in my anime list. I couldn't think of anything better so I'm not sure if it fits. If the colour is too dark, it can be easily changed ofc. The 'Rules of the club' part is supposed to be an animated gif. So it should look something like this: Of course, there are more rules, but I'm too lazy now to animate them all. This is just an example anyway. The part that shows 'spring/summer/autumn/winter anime' is also supposed to be an animated gif, as usual. The part at the right bottom corner is an apng (animated png) which means it can be properly viewed only in Firefox, Opera and Chrome (if the APNG add-on is installed). If a browser doesn't support apng, then you'll see a static image. It should look kinda like this (this is not the final product): http://i1177.photobucket.com/albums/x354/metamorphius/club-1.png So, there you go, I crammed plenty of things, but in case you approve of the layout, but don't like certain things (like the youtube part at the left bottom corner), it's not much of a problem to remove them. I added the 'Anime Simulwatch' part (if the project LazySlacker suggested comes to exist). |

| I liked how you added the simulwatch too. mm I see the animated gif you had put for the rules. You could leave it like that and put somewhere else the guide and rules I wrote. I'm sure you have it all in great shape in your mind, so I'm not going to say anything more. I think it's very awesome!!! Oh, also Lotus, as far as you can still deliver cards, then that's great, you can keep it open as much as you want. Although make sure you will be delivering the main club cards first. I'm not one to talk, since I've neglected that for a while, but I think it's about time to keep them up to date. |

| ^ Of course I added simulwatch, it's a very interesting project. Anyways...I just finished the design, sliced it and made a blog entry just to test it. Here's how it looks: http://myanimelist.net/blog.php?eid=683331 I added the guide near the top so it's easy to spot. I had to change the order of some things cuz I wouldn't be able to assemble the damn slices otherwise (silly me not thinking about that earlier x.x). I went with static rules in the end (with only the cursor animated), cuz I need way to many layers to animate them all so the whole thing becomes extra time-consuming to make. And it'd be kinda distracting to have 3 elements animated. If you approve of the current look, I'll make the anime part animation tomorrow, put links, and edit several other things and it should be ready to go. |

| Since MAL has no option in its BBCode for resizing videos (as far as I know) I was thinking of different ways of embedding a yt video into that square I made, so it would look sth like this. But, foolish me, I should've realized there's no way MAL could do that. Oh well, back to images... |

| Freakin' epic. EPIC! Srsly I can't think of anything else to say, I love it to bits!!! About the video that you said, we can decide if we want to switch it each day or once a week etc. And I think we could all throw suggestions each time or take turns into deciding about that vid. I know there are some freakin' fantastic amv on youtube that might be nice up there once in a while. I would like to see either some anime OP/ED or trailers for new anime, or else amv. But I think it should mostly be anime-manga related. I have a great amv to suggest for the start, if you want. Then we can all make some suggestions and if MAL doesn't screw the BBCode it would be easy for us admins to change those vids at will. Also some of us (including myself) are vidding anime, so we could post some of our own creations from time to time. We could also encourage people to send us their vids in the amv thread so we could put them up there for a short time.
