The animation quality is just awesome, but the sex scenes themselves, with such good animation, are kinda disappointing. Although the threesome in the end was really nice. And I wonder why they skipped the sex scene with the black haired nurse :S I was so looking forward to it...
Can't wait to see the second episode with some action including the head.

Were we ever told why that nurse was dealing narcotics? I wasn't paying much attention so I missed that detail, if it was mentioned. Also, seeing that one nurse go through those electric shocks made me realize just how useful having a body made of rubber (like Luffy) would be.
