| as for the lottery. im ok for there being no set date yet. as long as its open by the 1st. we have been trying to add new things to our club every month so that way people wont get bored.. lol :D so it doesnt have to be up anytime to soon. so dont feel the need to rush |

| well now since im having a forgetful moment, i cant seem to remember if Officers are capable of more than comment and picture removal. im going to put out there a job i would like one of them to be able to do. if they are capable of doing it. i just want one of the Officers to be keep the Birthday and Newsletter list updated. if for some reason you cant edit the comments. then please let me know we can either bump you up to admin. or see if another admin is wanting to take on this extra task as well.. thanks just let me know if any of you are interested. |

| um since your updating those other lists. why dont you make sure the anime list is updated on the main page. make sure all shounen ai / yaoi animes are on there. and maybe add some more manga if you can. if not ill get around to it eventually. lol |

| ok so i just got a new idea for the monthly themed cards. instead of having Mine and Shininos own "themed" thread that we will just combine them into one Monthly themed thread. but this is how it is going to work! rules/requirements 1. all themed cards HAVE to be under same thread. 2. all themes do NOT have to be the same 3. you can choose your own theme 4. you can choose however many cards you want to make 5. you can choose how long you want YOUR set of cards to be open for claim 6. there is no limit to the amount of card makers ( its available to all officers/admins) 7. you do NOT have to make cards every month if you do not wish 8. cards can NOT be HUGE, keep them reasonable people. 9. let us know HERE in this thread on what theme you had decided to make each month rules are subject to change as i see fit. this way it can be fun for all with out being limited to just 1 person. tho i feel as if we are becoming a card store. but that seems to be what most people come to this club for. other than the main people who play our games. so why not give them more of what they want! if you have any questions just let me know. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- @ saltytrace- if your still interested in card making you will be doing theme cards instead of the monthly cards ok. im going to leave the monthly cards to ladyare @ladyare- you are more than welcome to make theme cards as well if you want you are not just limited to the monthly cards @shinino- let me know if all of this is ok with you. i know i didnt discuss this with you about your LE cards before i made this decision. @everyone else- feel free to join us in making cards if you want! |

| no i dont think we need to advertise the new theme cards. i just changed things up for us admins no one else needs to know until they go to claim theme cards and see that we have more to choose from and yes you are more than welcome to make some cards too! :D just make sure you let me know what theme you will be doing. and your cards have to be done and posted by the end of the day on the 31st |
