I think it's finished, yes, but if you're reading online, then I doubt it's been fully scanlated yet. There are five volumes, but if I'm right, only four have been scanlated. Sorry. :/

How far have you read up to? Most sites have scanlated up to 22, and apparently this site has the RAW for 26, but I'm not certain. I'm also not certain if it has all the preceding RAWs.
