Which Episodes are Pure Filler?

I've heard good things about Letter Bee, but I've also heard the show is plagued with many filler episodes.

I'm interested in the show, but do not wish to watch through all the fillers. Could anyone tell me which episodes are plot vs which episodes are pure filler?

If I remember correctly, 12-13 and 15-22 are fillers, but you should still watch 21-22.
