| There is no White without Black - vote for your favorite member of Schwarz! :D I have to admit, I really loved Schwarz, even more than Weiß, and my favorite will forever be Nagi Naoe. The first time I saw the anime (back in the winter of 1999 - gosh, I cannot believe it's been that long!) my eyes glued to the pretty, dark-haired boy in the "Velvet Underworld" opening. *_* It was such a teaser since Nagi isn't introduced until later on, but then as soon as he spoke with that rich, haunting voice, I fell! (Nagi also introduced me to Nozomu Sasaki, a seiyuu I have since adored. ♥) As soon as Schwarz progressed as characters, I was both fascinated and empathic of the little prodigy. It's really hard to put into words the connection I made to Nagi, as someone who also grew up with grief as a social outcast. Just the way he interacts with his teammates, and the world, was so sadly restrained - and reminded me of myself in many ways. The clincher was the amazing drama The Holy Children where Nagi shows the brunt of his shyness and psychology (only to be further broken). Of the character, Sasaki-sama said: "As for Naoe Nagi, I wanted to bring out the realism. I wanted to make it seem like someone like Naoe Nagi really existed, and wasn’t just a made-up character from an anime. So it was hard to act out someone being normal in a very unnatural situation." (J!-Ent Interview at Sakura Con '09). I think his quest to make Nagi more human ultimately begot someone with a realistic psyche - and obviously he succeed, because I think there are a lot of people besides myself that feel similar to Nagi. It is difficult for me to put into words, but now I'm rambling, so - yeah. Nagi gets my vote! :D |

| Nagi gets my vote too. I think I like him because his character not only has a lot of depth but he seems to be the only one who grows in the series. He falls in love. He sacrifices himself. He questions what they're doing. Yeah, all qualities I like in a character. He definitely is my choice. |

| Crawford is my second fave. It's nice to see someone voted for someone other than Nagi. Not that I have anything against Nagi. Heck, I voted for him. I just wanted the other guys not to feel left out. :P |

I'm sure if we had more fans, there'd be more votes for Schuldig; I was always under the impression that "Schu-honey" was a fan favorite. XD Hello Abessinier! It was so cool how the brisk, quiet bodyguard took out Omi's bolt and frantic Aya, plus the suspense when they show him in the helicopter with that all-knowing, wicked smirk.
