Koenji in Volume 10 Special Exam

I've been thinking of this since I finished the volume, but in the special exam, who in the world would Koenji vote for? I think him voting negatively for Yamauchi was a given, but its been shown a lot he has an insane intuition for the most random things. Do you think he gave the votes randomly, or what was his strategy. I think he would have given a praise to Kiyo and Horikita because he has somewhat acknowledged them, and for a negative vote maybe Hirata due to his behaviour(?). Feel free to let me know what you guys think.

He'd probably vote negatively for the most useless students in his class like Ike or Sakura, that's what I think

I don't think it really mattered to him who he voted for. He already knew who was going to be kicked out with or without his help. Like you said, he has insane intuition. It's been shown the only time he really will act if something goes against his plans or he feels threatened.

I think he treated the exam exactly for the purpose it was for — getting rid of the weakest student. So he probably voted for Yamauchi, Kanji, or whoever else he thought was talentless.
