| Not sure. I'd also guess at 12. They're likely going to stop at the end of volume 2 of 8, after Xie Lian's encounter with Qi Rong in the mortuary. If we're lucky, they'll adapt at least some of Xie Lian's back story, but that's long enough to fill an entire season on its own, so I doubt it. (Source: read the books) |

| There's 11 episodes listed in Wikipedia. However, it wasn't updated for a while, e.g. the broadcast dates haven't been corrected and some titles are lacking, so I don't know how reliable it is. |
