It's extremely rare for people to fan-translate a Novel that is not a big hit...
And even then , most of those translations are of the WebNovels , not the officially published Light Novel... (Since it's free and easy to get Raws.)

Start learning Japanese, someone will start translating the novel while you're learning it or you'll achieve fluency and start translating it yourself. It's a win-win scenario isn't it?
