What did you think of this volume?
| Came in expecting more-or-less Megumin-spinoff quality for this "spinoff" (yes it's actually adapted from the FD mobage), but the new characters introduced are such cookie cutter gacha characters that it really hampers the whole experience. Thor's Hammer could've been used to setup for a bigger Konosuba-style battle but Daniel as the big bad is just eh, he lacks the charm that any of the Demon Generals has Not a good idea to adapt this into an LN format tbh, it feels soulless with the VN format + "gameplay" excluded. I commend the author of the Dust spinoff author for making trying to make this as readable as possible but the source material itself is just really bland |
